The apartments are located in the brand new house, that is built 2005. It is located in the quiet part of the peninsula and the street called Kacjak (Dramalj). Each apartment is modernly equipped with a satellite TV, air-condition, a coffee machine, a toaster etc. There are two apartments on the second floor and there is one is on the ground floor, all of them with a beautiful view on the sea which is 150m distanced from the house. In all apartments there is one bedroom with two or three beds, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen (total 45m2) and a terrace (8m2). There is a parking lot for each apartment, too.
